1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship internationally to 29 countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination:
- India: 3–7 business days
- South & Southeast Asia: 7–14 business days
- USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Other international destinations: 14–25 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
